The role involves hands-on video creation for TikTok/Instagram, managing paid social ads, and using data to optimize performance, with exposure to AI tools and analytics-driven decision making.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum Polytechnic Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, Business, or a related field.
• Prior experience in content creation, social media management, or internship exposure in digital marketing is a plus.
• Hands-on experience shooting and editing mobile-first videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
• Strong familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Highly proactive, organized, and adaptable to learning new digital marketing tools and AI capabilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
