Job summary

HAN FLOWERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a marketing professional to plan and execute digital campaigns across Meta and Google, manage ads, and publish content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and RedNote.

You will support product launches, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and assist with events and promotions. The role requires a diploma or degree in Marketing or related field, 1–3 years of experience, and familiarity with platforms like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Shopify or TikTok

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Familiar with Meta Business Suite and Google Ads.
• Basic knowledge of Shopify, Shopee, Lazada or TikTok Shop.
• Basic Canva skills (image/video editing).
• Good understanding of social media platforms.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google and other online platforms.
• Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads, including campaign monitoring and basic reporting.
• Plan and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and RedNote.
• Create marketing materials using Canva and assist with content creation, photography and videography.
• Upload and maintain products on Shopify, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.
• Support online promotions and basic marketplace operations.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Assist in product launches, seasonal campaigns, exhibitions, roadshows and pop-up events.
• Coordinate with suppliers, designers and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Support backend event preparation, logistics and setup.
• Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.
