Job summary

Estetica Group in Singapore is seeking a talented digital marketing specialist to create meaningful content, manage social media postings, and derive insights from online trends to grow brand presence.

You will work with the Marketing Team to coordinate communications, plan content strategies for Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms, edit photos and videos, and report on ROI.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• Photo and video editing skills required.
• At least 1 year of experience in creating, executing and evaluating online marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement a wide range of holistic communications.
• Develop strategic marketing and content planning for social media platforms.
• Execute content creation - write and proof read for blog posts, create EDMs, promotional materials, social media postings including Facebook and Instagram.
• Strategize social media planning – manage and grow the company’s brand presence across channels.
• Acquire insights in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
• Review the performance of all digital activity and report insights to ensure ROI.

You will be responsible in creating meaningful digital content, managing social media postings, acquiring insights in online trends and growing brand presence through online platforms.

What you will be doing:

Work with Marketing Team to

• Coordinate and implement a wide range of holistic communications
• Develop strategic marketing and content planning for social media platforms
• Execute content creation - write and proof read for blog posts, create EDMs, promotional materials, social media channel postings including FB and Instagram
• Strategize social media planning – create, manage and grow the company’s brand presence through website, Facebook, Instagram and other strategically relevant online platforms
• Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
• Review the performance of all digital activity (and report accordingly) including market, competitive and consumer insights to ensure revenue and costs per acquisition are managed and to ensure delivery of return on investment (ROI)
  

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
2. Photo and video editing skills required
3. At least one year working experience in creating, executing and evaluating online marketing campaigns
4. Independent with good communication skills
5. Strong interest in the beauty industry is a plus
6. Working hours: 9am – 6pm
