Job summary

Rolls-Royce Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Manufacturing Services Engineer for Fan Blade operations to support digital manufacturing initiatives and partner with the Manufacturing Services Leader to deliver service line goals.

You will lead digital transformation across the Singapore facility, work with cross-functional teams on new processes, automation, and data visualization using Power BI, Python, and SQL, and manage vendor engagements for project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

BEng (Engineering) or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
At least 1 year in a manufacturing operation facility, automation.
Proven experience maintaining & supporting digital manufacturing systems (MES, IoT platforms).
Hands-on with project and change management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder needs.

Responsibilities

Lead and support digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing operations.
Partner with functional teams to identify opportunities for new processes and digital solutions.
Develop digital capabilities roadmaps aligning with business objectives.
Support major transformation and continuous improvement projects with technical expertise.
Provide leadership with vendor engagement to scope projects and review proposals.
Provide ongoing technical support for digital systems in a fast-paced environment.
Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate incidents effectively.
Lead implementation of digital system projects and collaborate with partners for timely delivery.
Foster collaboration among IT partners to deliver an integrated service ecosystem.
