Job summary

Rolls-Royce plc in Singapore seeks a Manufacturing Services Engineer to support the Manufacturing Services Leader. You will coordinate at plant level for service lines and ensure external service provider partnerships meet business requirements.

Responsibilities include leading digital initiatives, collaborating with IT and vendors, and implementing projects with timely delivery while expanding digital capabilities across operations.

Qualifications

• BEng (or equivalent) in Engineering/Industrial/Computer Engineering.
• 1+ year experience in a manufacturing operation or automation.
• Experience with MES and IoT platforms in a manufacturing facility.
• Strong change management and project leadership experience.
• Proficient in data visualization with Power BI, Python, and SQL.
• Familiar with automation technologies and connectivity standards (OPC UA, MQTT).
• Experience with Digital Twin, AI/ML, AR/VR for manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate with IT, operations, and vendors to deliver digital solutions.
• Develop digital capabilities roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Provide ongoing technical support for digital systems and troubleshoot issues.
