Job summary

Engineering Good Ltd. seeks a dynamic Digital Inclusion Programme Manager to lead and expand its Digital Inclusion initiatives in Singapore. This 2-year contract role focuses on digital wellness, skills for education and economic opportunities, and access to essential online services.

You will collaborate with partners and the fundraising team to deliver impactful programmes. You will oversee programme delivery, guide the team, and ensure resources are used effectively to achieve sustainable

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in IT, digital inclusion, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in programme/project management, digital inclusion, IT operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead and expand EG’s Digital Inclusion programmes to meet evolving community needs.
Set programme goals, priorities and measurable outcomes; identify opportunities to scale initiatives.
Oversee day-to-day delivery and manage the Digital Inclusion team with clear direction.
Build and maintain relationships with social service agencies, community organisations, and strategic partners.
Support fundraising by growing laptop refurbishment services and DI programmes for community partners.
