Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management within a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.
• Experience managing social media campaigns (organic & paid) across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Ability to interpret analytics and campaign data, translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience coordinating internal teams and external vendors, ensuring seamless campaign execution.
• Experience with project management tools like Monday.com, ClickUp, Asana or Basecamp is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow client relationships and ensure marketing objectives are met.
• Oversee and coordinate SEO, social media, and paid campaigns across channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute and optimise campaigns.
• Communicate with vendors and influencers to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Analyse campaign performance and KPIs, providing data-driven recommendations.
• Develop strategic marketing plans and present proposals with clear roadmaps.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client scope.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
• Stay updated on SEO, social media, and digital advertising trends.
