Certis in Singapore seeks a Digital Governance Manager to lead the establishment and execution of Certis’ digital governance framework. You will ensure that digital platforms and technology initiatives operate within governance, risk, and compliance guardrails while enabling innovation and maintaining trust and regulatory alignment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 4–8 years of experience in digital governance, technology risk, IT governance, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of digital operating models and governance frameworks.
• Experience governing enterprise digital platforms and large-scale technology initiatives.
• Knowledge of information security, privacy, regulatory, and compliance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Define, implement, and enhance an enterprise-wide digital governance framework.
• Establish governance models for platforms, systems, and technologies across their lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain governance policies, standards, and procedures.
• Advise senior stakeholders on digital governance risks and decisions.
• Oversee governance controls to manage operational, technology, and compliance risks.
• Embed governance into solution design and delivery processes.
• Partner with IT, security, risk, and business teams to mitigate digital risks.
• Monitor governance effectiveness and report on risk and control maturity.
