Job summary

Seatrium Ltd in Singapore seeks a seasoned professional to manage project information dashboards and ensure data completeness across engineering and vendor data. You will produce regular management reports and support information submissions for project execution and handover.

You will collaborate with the Project Management Team, Information Management staff, and AVEVA and PIMS stakeholders to keep information complete and traceable in line with project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Engineering, Automation or related discipline
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant engineering or digital transformation experience
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, construction or equivalent engineering environment is preferred
• Ability to oversee project schedules, risks and deliverables
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Maintaining project document and data dashboards
• Monitoring engineering and vendor-information completeness
• Producing periodic management reports
• Supporting information Management document submission
• Coordinating the preparation of information required for project execution and handover
• Working with Project Management Team, Information Management personnel, engineering disciplines, PIMS Stakeholders, AVEVA Engineering stakeholders, vendors and Digital Engineering administrators to ensure project information is complete, accurate and aligned with requirements
