Qualifications

• 5–8 years of delivering Digital transformations in Digital Engineering & PLM.
• 2–3 end-to-end implementations in any PLM package.
• Strong consulting, system integration, and product development experience.
• Experience with large teams and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Willing to lead business development, proposals, and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and optimization of Digital Engineering & PLM solutions for clients across various industries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional client and vendor teams to design and deliver business processes and PLM solutions that align with client goals.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Provide functional system solutions for PLM/ALM/MES systems and support the sales process with opportunities and proposals.
• Mentor junior team members and stay up to date on PLM technology trends.

Currenlty, we are seeking for a Digital Consulting Manager with 5 to 8 years of related experience in Digital Engineering and Product Lifecycle Managment (PLM) domain.

A strong background in consulting, system integration, and combined with hands-on experience in product development. This role demands a professional who delivers transformative solutions, support Digital Engineering & PLM Lead in project delivery, business development and mentor junior colleagues. The primary industry focus will be on Semiconductor, Automotive, MedTech, Industrial and Battery industries.

What you need to do :

• Advise clients on PLM strategies to drive digital transformation in Digital Engineering, product development, manufacturing, supply chain and services
• Assess current client product development processes and recommend improvements using Digital Engineering, PLM, Digital Twin, and Digital Thread technologies
• Lead the implementation and optimization of Digital Engineering & PLM solutions for the clients across various industries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional client and vendor's teams to design and deliver business processes and PLM solutions that align with client business goals
• Manage stakeholder relationships, oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Provide Functional system solutions for PLM/ ALM / MES systems.
• Support the sales process by identifying opportunities, origination, contributing to proposals, and participating in client presentations.
• Act as an advocate of Product Lifecycle Management best practices, methods, and processes.
• Develop test plans to ensure that the developed solution satisfies client requirements.
• Stay up to date on PLM technology trends, innovations, and best practices to continuously enhance solutions offered to clients.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment

Requirement:

• Minimum 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in delivering Digital transformations in the areas of Digital Engineering & PLM domain.
• Should have delivered 2-3 end to end Implementations in any one PLM packageEx: Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault Systems 3DExperience, PTC Windchill, ARAS, SAP PLM with domain experience (at least one of these) in Lifesciences, Consumer Goods & Services (CG&S), Automotive, Industrial Equipment, Med-Tech, Aerospace & Defense, Hi-Tech manufacturing
• Good understanding of emerging architectural design patterns, frameworks, and methodologies in architecting art of possible PLM architecture.
• Experienced in PLM, Process Excellence, Functional Solutioning, Solution designing, Data Governance, Digital Transformations and shaping end to end Engineering Transformations.
• Should have worked in business development activity, proposal development, business cases, running campaigns & team management.
• Should have experience in writing functional specifications and testing new functionalities, providing user training, and conducting workshops for business.
• Aware of best practices in PLM & Digital Engineering domain and understanding of integrating PLM with cloud.
• Experienced in working with large teams, multi-stakeholder environments and complex digital projects engagements with a preferred global exposure.
• Effective communication, presentation, problem solving, organization skills to nurture and inspire team members.
