Job summary

KTC Civil Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a senior Digital Engineer / BIM Specialist to lead digitalisation efforts on IDD projects. The role focuses on championing BIM, VDC and standardisation while steering a team to deliver design, documentation and fabrication results.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in BIM and possess strong Revit/Navisworks/Solibri skills, with Dynamo/Civil3D knowledge and experience creating project dashboards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering/ Architecture with BIM course or specialization.
• Proven track record with BIM modelling and management for 8+ years.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Solibri, Autodesk Build and MS Office.
• Knowledge of Dynamo and Civil3D is preferred.
• Strong command of English, able to work with diverse teams.
• Experience with 4D Synchro/Fuzor, 5D Cubicost and PowerBI is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive digitalisation and BIM/VDC standards across project teams.
• Lead a team of Digital Engineers and monitor BIM deliverables.
• Enforce BIM templates and 2D/3D family standardisation.
• Develop dashboards to monitor project management metrics.
• Champion construction technologies to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate design with clients, subcontractors and technical teams.
