Job summary

Louis Vuitton Singapore is offering an internship within the e-Retail team to support day-to-day website management, e-merchandising, and digital project rollouts.

You will assist in UAT, testing features, and bug tracking while collaborating with IS and project teams to ensure release readiness. This role emphasizes independent, proactive work with strong English communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in a digital e-commerce field.
• Experience in project management or digital/retail operations.
• Experience in omnichannel projects.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for website management and e-merchandising activities.
• Perform platform hygiene checks across the digital funnel and devices.
• Assist in testing new features, enhancements, and bug fixes in the UAT environment.
• Identify, document, and report bugs and defects discovered during testing.
• Maintain updates in JIRA for issue tracking and reporting.
• Assist in preparing UAT sign-off reports and documentation for release readiness.
• Contribute to creation and maintenance of test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
