Job summary

Louis Vuitton Singapore is seeking an independent intern to support the e-Retail team on daily website management, e-merchandising, and digital project rollouts. The role bridges creativity and technology to enhance the digital client experience.

You will assist in UAT testing, bug tracking in JIRA, and preparation of release documentation. Start Jan 2027 for 6 months at Louis Vuitton Ngee Ann City Office.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English.
• Pursuing or recently graduated in a digital/e-commerce field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and reliable with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for website management and e-merchandising.
• Perform platform hygiene checks across the digital funnel and devices.
• Support content contribution onto the .COM and App environments.
• Assist e-merchandising activities: product ranking, selection, and optimization.
• Assist in testing new features, enhancements, and bug fixes in the UAT environment.
• Identify, document, and report bugs and issues; coordinate with IS and development teams.
