Job summary

GMP Technologies is seeking a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager in Digital Dentistry to lead the development and execution of a hospital-wide digital dentistry strategy. You will work with clinicians to align technologies with patient care goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience managing digital technologies in healthcare, preferably dentistry.
Strong leadership and communication with multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent problem-solving with continuous improvement mindset.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in digital dentistry.
Proficiency in CAD/CAM, practice management, and digital imaging software.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a digital dentistry strategy aligned with hospital goals.
Evaluate, select, and implement digital technologies and systems (CAD/CAM, imaging, intraoral scanners, practice management software).
Train and support staff on the use of digital technologies and ensure integration into workflows.
Collaborate with dentists and team to optimize workflows and patient care.
Ensure regulatory compliance and industry standards in digital dentistry.
Monitor performance of digital systems and identify improvements.
Stay updated on trends and recommend new technologies or upgrades.
Manage vendor relationships including contract negotiations and service levels.
Develop and manage the digital dentistry budget.
