Job summary

WEIMA BUILDERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Digital Support & Analytics role to assist with digitalisation initiatives, dashboard development, and data orchestration. You will work with engineers to extract and analyse project data, and help automate workflows.

Candidate should have a degree in a relevant field, some software/data analytics exposure, and a passion for construction tech. Fresh grads are welcome, with opportunities to grow in BIM/CDE and automation tools.

Qualifications

• Recognised Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Up to 2 years of experience in software development, data analytics or digital solutions.
• Experience in construction, BIM or CDE platforms is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Candidates from other industries with a strong portfolio of digital projects are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing company digitalisation initiatives.
• Support development of dashboards and digital reporting tools.
• Collect, clean and organise project data.
• Assist in creating dashboards.
• Perform SQL queries and data extraction.
• Prepare management reports and project analytics.
• Develop and maintain simple automation scripts using Python, C# or similar languages.
• Support workflow automation using Power Automate, Dynamo, APIs.
• Troubleshoot and update existing scripts and workflows.
