Phillip Securities Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Executive to support day-to-day digital-asset operations in Singapore and abroad. You will handle client onboarding, settlements, reconciliations, custody-related processes, and liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Experience in digital assets or finance is valued, with a focus on accuracy and process discipline. The role offers growth in a regulated fintech environment, with opportunities to work on evolving AI-enabled

Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
2–4 years in operations, settlements, reconciliation or related financial function.
Strong attention to detail and disciplined record-keeping.
Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
Willingness to learn about digital assets and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsabilités

Support daily operational processes across digital-asset products and services.
Coordinate onboarding of clients and counterparties, including banks and exchanges.
Assist with account opening, due-diligence, and onboarding progress tracking.
Manage end-to-end transaction operations including settlements and reconciliations.
Coordinate with Compliance, Finance, Trading, Technology, Legal, and Risk teams.
Assist in preparing operational reports and regulatory documents.
Provide coverage during periods of high workload.
Undertake other operational duties and projects as assigned.
