We seek a Client Executive - Digital Advisory to support the delivery of digital advisory work, helping clients understand platforms, audiences and technology within their communications and business strategy.

You will build progressive client relationships, translate needs into actionable digital recommendations, and contribute to proposals and new business pitches with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of digital and social channels in the communications mix.
• Experience with digital research, analytics and social listening; translate findings into a POV.
• Proven project management skills; highly organized and able to meet multiple deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communicator; able to participate confidently in client meetings and presentations.
• Digitally curious, proactive and able to work in fast-moving cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop progressive, trusted relationships with clients by understanding their business, strategy, audiences and digital priorities.
• Translate client needs into clear digital recommendations, research, and actionable workstreams.
• Stay close to platform, audience and technology trends to identify opportunities that strengthen clients' digital presence.
• Contribute research, insights and digital thinking to client proposals and new business pitches.
• Support high-quality project delivery across scope, timelines and budget, proactively updating teams on progress, risks and deadlines.
