Job summary

Edelman Singapore is seeking a dynamic Client Executive to strengthen trusted relationships with media, influencers and client teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will write, edit and pitch materials; develop story ideas; support research for new business; and guide interns, all while upholding Edelman’s values and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organization skills and the ability to adapt to change and meet deadlines.
• Previous internship experience is preferred.
• Strong work ethic and dedication to quality work.
• Good interpersonal and verbal/written communication across client teams.
• Basic understanding of media and analyst relations and social media use.
• Strong attention to detail and basic research/project management skills.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a solid understanding of the broader communication industry and its basic principles.
• Understand key client information, including business strategy, industry issues, products and services, key customers, and competitors.
• Develop earned media skills -Building relationships with media, proactively surface new storylines, drafting media briefing materials, building thoughtful media lists, and outreach to media.
• Write, edit and proofread materials including press releases, briefing books, coverage reports, pitch notes, fact sheets, and client correspondence.
• Demonstrate knowledge of social media tools and channels.
• Help supervise and educate interns.
• Participate in new business processes, including research and proposal preparation.
• Commit to continuous learning through Edelman Learning Institute and other training opportunities.
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with Edelman's values and our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct.

What Is Required Of You

• Degree/diploma in a relevant field, proficiency with Microsoft Office, excellent organization skills, and the ability to adapt to change and meet deadlines.
