Job summary

We seek a Client Executive - Digital Advisory to support the delivery of digital advisory work, helping clients understand platforms, audiences and technology within their communications and business strategy.

You will build progressive client relationships, translate needs into actionable digital recommendations, and contribute to proposals and new business pitches with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of digital and social channels in the communications mix.
• Experience with digital research, analytics and social listening; translate findings into a POV.
• Proven project management skills; highly organized and able to meet multiple deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communicator; able to participate confidently in client meetings and presentations.
• Digitally curious, proactive and able to work in fast-moving cross-functional teams.

Role Purpose

Support the delivery of Digital Advisory work, helping clients understand and navigate the evolving role of digital platforms, audiences, and technology within their communications and business strategy.

Client / Prospect

• Develop progressive, trusted relationships with clients by understanding their business, strategy, audiences, competitors and digital priorities.
• Translate client needs into clear digital recommendations, research, and actionable workstreams.
• Stay close to emerging platform, audience and technology trends to identify opportunities that strengthen clients' digital presence.
• Contribute research, insights and digital thinking to client proposals and new business pitches.

Business

• Connect brands with their audiences by turning digital and social insight into relevant, actionable recommendations.
• Support high-quality project delivery across scope, timelines and budget, proactively keeping teams abreast of progress, risks and deadlines.
• Contribute to client intelligence covering industry issues, competitors, customers and emerging digital developments.
• Apply Edelman intellectual property, tools and thinking where relevant.

People

• Work as a proactive, collaborative member of integrated teams across strategy, creative, social and integrated solutions.
• Build relationships across various Edelman teams and departments.
