Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to advertisers via phone and email to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and analyze keywords, titles, descriptions, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and grow account revenue.
• Proactively suggest process improvements to enhance portfolio performance.
• Build professional online advertising campaigns for customers.
