Job summary

TDCX is a Singapore-headquartered global BPO leader seeking a results-oriented professional to support digital marketing client growth in Singapore. You will reach prospective advertisers by phone and email, assess suitability, and coordinate with the right teams to service them.

You will help plan business events, set clear expectations, and drive customer satisfaction while contributing to our quality management and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 2 years of related field experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Reach prospective advertisers through phone and email.
• Assess advertiser needs to determine fit for Digital Marketing client.
• Conduct a Needs Assessment to assign the right team.
• Route customers to the appropriate team or set follow-ups.
• Assist with planning business events and executing them.
• Set clear expectations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Engage in direct outreach until decision makers are reached.
• Contribute to continual improvement of the Quality Management System.
