Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate diet orders from the wards to the kitchen.
• Assist in maintaining and updating kitchen labels and charts.
• Provide administrative support for catering events.
• Conduct internal quality checks on food consistency.
• Assist the Chef and Dietitian with nutrient analysis of menus.
