The role requires strong analytical thinking, proficiency in structured diagnostic approaches, and collaboration with system designers, engineers, and end-users to validate and deliver diagnostic solutions on time.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, or related discipline).
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostics.
• Experience or familiarity with failure analysis, RCA, or troubleshooting methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex technical issues into clear, structured diagnostic procedures.
• Strong communication skills across technical stakeholders.
• Proactive and adaptable in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of vehicle platform systems and perform failure analysis to identify root causes.
• Develop and produce comprehensive troubleshooting procedures and diagnostic workflows.
• Collaborate with system designers, engineers, and end-users to validate and obtain acceptance of diagnostic solutions.
• Manage project timelines and ensure timely development and delivery of DES modules.
• Stay updated on automotive technologies, diagnostic methodologies, and industry trends.
