We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Diagnostic Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the development and delivery of our in-house software application, the Diagnostic Expert System (DES).

DES is designed to guide users in troubleshooting various system failures across vehicle platforms, with the objective of maximizing fleet operational readiness. This role requires strong analytical thinking, technical expertise, and the ability to develop structured diagnostic solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of vehicle platform systems and perform failure analysis to identify root causes and failure points.
  • Develop and produce comprehensive troubleshooting procedures and diagnostic workflows for identified system failures.
  • Collaborate and engage with system designers, engineers, and end-users to validate, review, and obtain acceptance of diagnostic solutions.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure timely development and delivery of DES modules.
  • Continuously stay updated on automotive technologies, diagnostic methodologies, and industry trends through ongoing learning and development.
