Job summary

TG Singapore is seeking a DevOps/Operations Engineer to provide Level 2 support for mission-critical applications and platform services in Singapore. You will troubleshoot production incidents, manage deployments, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Jenkins, Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years in DevOps, App/Production Support, or Platform Administration.
• Strong Linux admin, deployment, and production troubleshooting experience.
• Hands-on with GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, Docker, Podman, Kubernetes.
• Familiar with React, Node.js, and Spring Boot apps.
• Scripting in Bash, Python, PowerShell, or Shell scripting.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, Zabbix, or eG Enterprise.
• Understanding of SQL/NoSQL, secure CI/CD, and secret management.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 (Day 2) support for mission-critical apps and platform services.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents with RCA.
• Support deployments, rollback activities, and post-deployment checks.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, tests, and deployments.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containers with Docker, Podman, Kubernetes.
• Administer Linux and Windows environments, including patching and maintenance.
• Monitor health, performance, logs, and alerts for reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and compliance requirements.
• Participate in 24/7 roster for after-hours support as needed.
