Job summary

NextLabs, Inc. is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to design, automate, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications and infrastructure in AWS. You will work closely with engineering and product teams on CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes deployments, and security controls.

The role emphasizes Terraform IaC, Helm charts, EKS management, and Docker containerization within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering.
• Strong hands-on AWS experience: EC2, EKS, S3, CloudWatch, Route 53, ALB.
• Proficient with Terraform IaC and reusable modules.
• Hands-on Kubernetes deployment and Helm chart development.
• CI/CD with Jenkins; containerization using Docker.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure for development, staging, and production environments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform (IaC).
• Create, maintain, and optimize Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and manage Helm charts for Kubernetes deployments.
• Deploy and manage workloads in EKS / Kubernetes clusters.
• Collaborate with software engineers to streamline build, test, and release processes.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in AWS cloud deployments, Terraform infrastructure automation, Helm chart management, and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will work closely with the engineering and product teams to design, automate, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure for development, staging, and production environments
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
• Create, maintain, and optimize Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
• Develop and manage Helm charts for Kubernetes application deployments
• Deploy and manage workloads in EKS / Kubernetes clusters
• Work closely with the software engineering team to streamline build, test, and release processes
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
• Ensure infrastructure is secure, scalable, and highly available
• Support troubleshooting, incident response, and root cause analysis
• Optimize deployment workflows for faster release cycles
• Manage Docker containerization and image lifecycle
• Implement version control best practices with Git-based workflows
