Job summary

IO TECH SOLUTIONS LIMITED is seeking a hands-on DevOps Engineer to join its global Cloud and DevOps team in Singapore. You will help build and operate platforms, automation, and tooling that enable engineering teams to deploy applications reliably, securely, and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include managing infrastructure as code with Terraform, AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines, plus monitoring, security, and observability across cloud regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on DevOps/Platform experience.
• Strong experience with AWS and Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code and automation using Terraform.
• Develop self-service tooling for provisioning cloud resources.
• Provision and manage AWS infrastructure (EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch).
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Manage Kubernetes, Helm, and GitOps workflows and onboarding.
• Improve monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability across cloud platforms.
• Support cloud networking and hybrid connectivity across accounts/regions/on-prem.
• Implement cloud security, IAM, secrets management, encryption, and governance controls.
• Improve reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency of shared platforms.
• Collaborate with development and infra teams on troubleshooting and production readiness.

We are looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer to join a global Cloud and DevOps team. You will help build and operate the platforms, automation, and tooling that enable engineering teams to deploy applications reliably, securely, and efficiently.

The role covers AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, cloud networking, and developer self-service, with opportunities to contribute to broader cloud and infrastructure initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code and automation using Terraform.
• Develop self-service tooling for engineering teams to provision and manage cloud resources.
• Provision and manage AWS infrastructure, including EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, IAM, and CloudWatch.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and related tooling.
• Manage Kubernetes, Helm, and GitOps workflows and support application onboarding.
• Develop and improve monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability across cloud platforms.
• Support cloud networking and hybrid connectivity across accounts, regions, and on-premises environments.
• Implement cloud security, IAM, secrets management, encryption, and governance controls.
• Improve the reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency of shared platforms.
• Partner with development and infrastructure teams on troubleshooting, performance, production readiness, and incident response.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, SRE, or a related role.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Terraform.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, or similar.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
• Good understanding of cloud security and networking.
• Experience troubleshooting cloud infrastructure and distributed applications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with globally distributed teams.
• Pragmatic, automation-focused engineering mindset.

Nice to Have

• Argo CD, Helm, or other GitOps tooling.
• Kafka / Amazon MSK.
• Airflow, Snowflake, or Apache Iceberg.
• Hybrid cloud, enterprise networking, or multi-account AWS experience.
