Job summary

IO Tech Solutions seeks a mid‑senior DevOps/SRE to build and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure. You will manage AWS services, Kubernetes/EKS clusters, and implement GitOps with ArgoCD while driving automation via Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.

You’ll work with global teams across APAC and the US to ensure performance, reliability and capacity of critical production systems, using modern observability tooling to detect and prevent incidents.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering or Cloud Infrastructure.
• Strong hands‑on AWS and Kubernetes/EKS in production environments.
• Hands‑on Terraform / Infrastructure as Code experience.
• Experience with CI/CD, preferably Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD or similar.
• Experience with ArgoCD / GitOps.
• Good knowledge of Grafana, Prometheus or similar observability platforms.
• Strong Linux and scripting skills, preferably Python or Bash.
• Experience supporting business‑critical / production systems.
• Comfortable troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues and working independently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Nice to have: financial services, low‑latency infra, cross‑regional teams.
