Job summary

ioTech Solutions is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to scale cloud and orchestration infrastructure across Asia, with ownership of high-availability systems supporting offices in Singapore and Hong Kong.

You will drive CI/CD pipelines, enforce IaC practices, and function as a proactive Site Reliability Engineer to ensure performance and resilience in latency-sensitive trading environments.

Qualifications

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a fast-growing, multi-strat buy-side firm to support our Asia-centric growth. In this role, you will help expand the firm's regional footprint and take full ownership of critical, high-availability systems supporting our core offices in Singapore and Hong Kong.

Core Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Scaling: Manage, scale, and optimize cloud and orchestration infrastructure utilizing AWS, Kubernetes, and ArgoCD.
• Pipeline Automation: Own and continuously improve robust CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless, reliable code deployment.
• Site Reliability (SRE): Function as a proactive SRE, maintaining the health, performance, and resilience of critical, production-grade trading systems.

Key Requirements

• Technical Stack: Deep hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Automation & Scripting: Strong scripting capabilities in Python and Bash to automate complex infrastructure tasks.
• System Ownership: High-level technical competence in managing critical, production-grade infrastructure with a self-starter mindset.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interface effectively with sophisticated internal user groups.

Highly Desirable

• Experience working within latency-sensitive environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of low-level infrastructure optimization, including machine tuning and CPU tuning.
