Job summary

Io Tech Solutions Limited is seeking a hands-on DevOps Engineer to support critical production infrastructure across APAC in a highly engineering-driven, global financial services environment. You will work closely with engineering teams to automate infrastructure, improve reliability, and drive incident response.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering or Cloud Infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on AWS and Kubernetes/EKS experience in production.
• Hands-on Terraform / Infrastructure as Code experience.
• CI/CD experience, Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD preferred.
• ArgoCD / GitOps experience.
• Grafana and Prometheus or similar observability tools.
• Strong Linux and scripting skills (Python or Bash).
• Experience supporting production systems and incident response.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and improve AWS cloud infrastructure supporting critical production systems.
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes/EKS environments.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform.
• Implement and manage CI/CD and GitOps workflows including ArgoCD.
• Build monitoring and observability using Grafana and Prometheus.
• Troubleshoot production infrastructure, participate in incident response and conduct root-cause analysis.
• Automate operational processes using scripting and IaC.
• Collaborate with developers and global technology teams across APAC and the US.
• Support infrastructure performance, scalability, reliability and capacity optimization.
