Job summary

Teamlease Digital Private Limited is seeking a DevOps Engineer with hands-on AWS cloud experience to design, deploy, and operate scalable infrastructure in an enterprise environment.

You will automate provisioning with Terraform and Ansible, support CI/CD pipelines, monitor performance and security, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable cloud operations. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of DevOps, AWS, Infrastructure Engineering, or Systems Engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience managing AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
• Knowledge of IaC tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions).
• Scripting and automation using Python, Bash/Shell, or AWS Systems Manager.
• Understanding of cloud security, IAM, monitoring, patching, vulnerability management, and compliance.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provision, configure, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure, including compute, networking, storage, databases, and container services.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational tasks using Terraform, Ansible, AWS Systems Manager, and related tooling.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure deployments, configuration management, and source-code management.
• Monitor performance, availability, capacity, and security; troubleshoot production issues.
• Implement security controls, IAM policies, system hardening, vulnerability remediation, and patch management.
• Collaborate with application, cybersecurity, network, and infrastructure teams for smooth cloud operations.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks.
