Job summary

CloudsineAI, a Web and GenAI security company based in Singapore, is seeking a senior Cloud/SRE leader to own 24x7 AWS production workloads for WebOrion and TraceCtrl. You will supervise deployments, maintenances, and on-call incident responses while coordinating with product and security teams.

You will drive cost optimization, mentor engineers, and ensure ISO27001 compliance across the portfolio, including customer data centers and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• 5 to 8 years in AWS, DevOps, SRE or infrastructure.
• Able to do coding in Python and Javascript.
• Deep hands-on Linux, AWS, Containers, Kubernetes and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of security monitoring and incident response practice.
• Led or mentored a small cloud team.
• Able to handle Enterprise customers for onboarding or technical support incidents.
• Only Singapore citizens and PRs need to apply.

Responsibilities

• Own 24x7 availability of AWS production workloads running WebOrion and the TraceCtrl platform.
• Lead the team to plan for and execute quarterly maintenance including deploying patches, software updates and feature releases.
• Own the technical support escalation queue for enterprise accounts, and handle deployments, upgrades and troubleshooting yourself when it matters.
• Work with the product and research engineers so new releases arrive with the observability and the runbooks to operate them.
• Lead the team to design, code and implement minor features and devops tools to ensure the monitoring of our systems.
• Provide resource planning and mentoring for younger engineers and technical interns.
• Monitor, propose and optimize AWS public cloud spend on a regular basis.
• Provide assistance to Enterprise customers who need onboarding to our SaaS platforms.
• Work with Security Team to ensure compliance to ISO27001 and other relevant standards.
• Report uptime, SLA and incident reports to management team on regular basis.

We are now building TraceCtrl, our AI agent security and governance platform for regulated industries in Asia-Pacific. It defends against prompt injection, data leakage and the other risks in the OWASP Top 10 for LLM applications. This role suits someone who is familiar with running production workloads on AWS and owns 24x7 availability across the portfolio, in our cloud and inside customer data centres, and you build the team that sustains it.
