Job summary

Ministry of Health (Singapore) is seeking a capable professional to develop and implement workplace strategies and long-term infrastructure plans that create a sustainable, healthy work environment across MOH facilities.

You will manage development projects from planning to handover, with emphasis on coordinating M&E works and building systems for large-scale developments, including the new MOH Building. Strong planning, analysis and stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating M&E works for building developments, preferably large-scale.
• Strong project management, analytical and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage Senior Management and key stakeholders to obtain alignment for development projects.
• Engage MOH workforce to understand workplace requirements and support workplace transformation.
• Coordinate with project consultants and contractors across planning, design, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning.
• Manage contracts and oversee variation works and claims from consultants and contractors.
• Coordinate M&E works for large-scale building projects to integrate building systems with overall design and delivery.
