Job summary

MOH Holdings (Singapore) is seeking a dedicated professional to support healthcare infrastructure projects (HIPD) and ensure delivery within time, budget, and quality targets. You will coordinate with authorities, manage approvals, and support procurement for consultants and builders.

The role requires a mechanical engineering background, experience in large-scale projects, and strong planning and stakeholder engagement skills. Growth and development opportunities are provided within MOHH.

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Excellent planning, interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.
• Familiarity with government procurement and contract administration is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with multiple authorities to ensure all requirements are met.
• Manage project approval papers and submission timelines.
• Support procurement for consultancy services and builders, including tender docs and evaluation.
• Deliver projects within the planned time frame and budget, meeting MOH/MOHH quality standards.
• Liaise with Ministries, Departments, clusters and operators to capture user requirements.
• Manage Gateway/DPC processes to ensure milestones are met and documented.
• Work with consultants/builders to provide design inputs and value-added solutions.
• Oversee payments, variations, and project closure; ensure proper documentation.
