Job summary

Dell, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Test Engineer to develop and execute Manufacturing Test Process test cases for new and existing hardware products. You will own test case development across all product phases and adjust coverage as technologies evolve.

You will document test plans and cases, collaborate with designers and technologists to determine requirements, and drive actions to close test escapes and improve the manufacturing process.

Job description

Test Engineer 1

Responsible for developing and executing Manufacturing Test Process test cases for newly developed or current hardware products. Owns development of Manufacturing Test Process test cases for all phases of test for assigned products/technologies. Creates or modifies test cases to ensure proper coverage for new technologies. Maintains respective test cases based on: lessons learned, feedback, introduction of new peripherals, obsolete technologies, end-of-life peripherals, etc. Drives action items to closure for test escapes and process.
