Job summary

SEVENS GROUP PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a driven Property Sales Associate to join our in-house sales team. This developer-side role focuses on direct marketing and selling Sevens Group's portfolio of residential, landed, and commercial properties.

You will manage prospective buyers, coordinate with agents, conduct property presentations and viewings, and support the full sales process from enquiry to closing, while maintaining strong relationships with buyers and partners.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, Sales or a related discipline preferred.
• Approximately 1-5 years of relevant sales experience preferred.
• Experience in Singapore/Overseas residential, landed, new-launch, luxury or commercial property advantageous.
• Candidates from property agencies moving into in-house sales welcomed.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Confident interacting with property buyers, high-net-worth clients and external agents.
• Self-motivated with strong follow-up discipline and a results-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable conducting property viewings and appointments outside office hours when required.
• Good understanding of digital tools, CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong command of English; additional languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming sales enquiries and qualify prospective buyers.
• Conduct property presentations, private viewings, open houses and project tours.
• Understand buyers' requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Present property features, pricing, specifications, and location advantages professionally.
• Handle sales discussions and negotiations within approved parameters.
• Support the sales process from enquiry through negotiation, option issuance and completion.
• Maintain relationships with existing buyers, prospects and contacts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external property agents and agencies.
• Organise agent previews, briefings, open houses and project launches.
• Ensure agents have up-to-date sales materials and property information.
• Track sales activity and provide weekly pipeline reports.
• Communicate market feedback to improve sales presentations and campaigns.
