• Experience in creating digital content for property portfolios and brand assets.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content calendars.
• Ability to design marketing materials and coordinate basic photography/videography.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging digital content for the property portfolio and corporate brand.
• Publish approved content across social media platforms and manage content calendars.
• Produce property brochures, decks, EDMs and digital listings with consistency to brand.
• Update property listings and project updates on the website and coordinate with external developers.
• Maintain brand consistency in typography, imagery and layouts across materials.
• Support property launches, open houses and events with marketing collateral and coverage.
