Job summary

NAM HONG BUILDERS PTE LTD is seeking a Detailer/Draughtsman to prepare detailed shop drawings and construction drawings for furniture and interior fit-out projects in Singapore. You will ensure accuracy, liaise with project stakeholders, and maintain up-to-date drawings.

You will read and interpret drawings, perform site checks for dimensions, and document revisions. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required, with BIM Revit as a plus; minimum 3 years' relevant experience is expected.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma / Certificate in AutoCAD drawing or Architecture.
Sound knowledge of AutoCAD software.
Practical knowledge in BIM Revit will be an advantage.
Min 3 years of relevant working experience in producing construction detailed drawings, furniture & interior fit-out work.
Must be able to read and understand drawings. Meticulous and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed shop drawings and construction drawings, with quality and accuracy.
Prepare detailed as-built drawings.
Perform site checking to ensure proper dimension, connection and detail for fabrication.
To liaise with Project Manager, Architect, Designer and Consultant on details drawing.
To coordinate with sub-contractors and carpenters on fabrication details.
To carry out proper documentation to current drawings / document.
To ensure drawings meet relevant code and compliance requirements.
Report to Design Manager.
