Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day outlet operations and efficiently operate assigned workstations.
• Greet and attend to customers by taking orders and preparing ice desserts, pastries, and toppings accurately.
• Train and collaborate with team members to uphold service and product knowledge standards.
• Operate the POS system for cashier duties, including cash handling, reporting, and managing floats.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of workstations, floors, furniture, washrooms, and equipment.
• Order and control inventory of ingredients, dry products, and miscellaneous items to ensure stock availability.
• Report operational issues and complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned by managers and directors.

Job Summary

As an Outlet Service Crew, you will manage daily operations, serve customers, prepare desserts, handle cashier duties, and maintain cleanliness to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day outlet operations and efficiently operate assigned workstations
• Greet and attend to customers by taking orders and preparing ice desserts, pastries, and toppings accurately
• Train and collaborate with team members to uphold service and product knowledge standards
• Operate the POS system for cashier duties, including cash handling, reporting, and managing floats
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of workstations, floors, furniture, washrooms, and equipment
• Order and control inventory of ingredients, dry products, and miscellaneous items to ensure stock availability

Job Types and Salary

• Part-Time: Mon-Thurs $12/hr base rate, $14/hr on public holiday eves, public holidays, Fri-Sun
• Full-Time: $2500 - $3000/month depending on experience, 5.5-day work week, 44 hours per week, must work weekends
