Job summary

BEANS FACTORY PTE. LTD. is seeking staff at the Kovan outlet to provide friendly customer service, prepare desserts, and process orders after training.

You will assist with cashier duties, maintain cleanliness, and support food preparation during morning shifts as needed. Qualified candidates should have experience in F&B service, a food safety handling certification is preferred, and must meet eligibility criteria for Singaporean or PR status.

Job Summary

Provide friendly customer service and efficiently prepare desserts and process orders at the Kovan outlet, while maintaining cleanliness and supporting cashier and food preparation duties after training.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and respond to their inquiries to ensure a positive service experience
• Accurately process customer orders and prepare desserts according to SOP
• Operate the cashier system competently to handle payments and issue receipts
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the outlet to ensure a safe environment
• Prepare and cook food items during morning shifts (only if training completion)

Required

• Eligibility: Singaporean, Permanent Resident, or LTVP+ holder

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in F&B service roles, those with Food safety handling cert will be preferred.
• Gross hourly rate above $10.50/hr (non-Public Holiday) - for experienced worker
• Attendance incentive / extra 50cents per hour upon meeting min. working hours per pay period

Benefits

• Part-time contract with minimum 30 hours per week or 4 days per week
• Minimum commitment period of 3 months
