Job summary

MCITS Technologies Pte. Ltd. is seeking a regional 2nd-level desktop and infrastructure support lead to own the Asia operations.

You will ensure secure and available services while coordinating with Europe, Asia and Head Office, with on-site work at Jurong or CBD in Singapore. You will drive resilience, security and automation in a regulated financial services setting, guiding service desks, monitoring production and delivering MIS reports.

Qualifications

• Degree, or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting desktop and infrastructure in a banking or other regulated financial services environment.
• Solid 2nd-level support background across Windows servers and workstations.
• Day-to-day endpoint configuration and troubleshooting.
• Active Directory and its supporting services (DNS, DHCP, GPO, DFS).
• Microsoft 365 and Intune.
• Endpoint management with SCCM and/or Ivanti.
• Vulnerability management and security incident response.
• PowerShell scripting for platform management and automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd-level desktop and infrastructure support to Asia users.
• Own and resolve all escalations from the Asia Service Desk.
• Oversee Service Desk performance and drive continual improvement.
• Monitor the production environment daily, and fix issues before users notice them.
• Administer enterprise monitoring and deployment systems.
• Take part in or lead regional projects and ad-hoc initiatives, on time and to quality.
• Find efficiency gains and automate repeatable work, using PowerShell.
• Flag risks early and bring constructive solutions, not just problems.
• Coordinate the annual IT Disaster Recovery exercises across London, Asia and Head Office.
• Make sure all required applications are in scope, and that Asia testers have the access and test cases they need.
• Deliver accurate, timely MIS and ad-hoc reports for IT and business stakeholders.
• Build strong working relationships across the region and support IS&O colleagues globally.

You will join our global Infrastructure Service & Operations (IS&O) team as the regional owner of 2nd-level desktop and infrastructure support. You will keep a regulated financial environment secure, stable and always available, and work with colleagues in Europe, Asia and Head Office.

Work Location: Jurong or CBD (Raffles side)

Day-to-day service

• Provide 2nd-level desktop and infrastructure support to Asia users.
