Job summary

OPTIMUM SOLUTIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is hiring a technical support specialist to handle first-line hardware and software incidents in a two 12‑hour shift rotation, including night shifts.

You will troubleshoot Windows PCs, M365, Active Directory, VDI and VPN, install peripherals, and provide IT support to users and patrons, with monthly/weekly patching tasks and escalation when needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITE in hardware/software engineering.
• At least 1 year of technical support experience.
• Able to work in a 24x7 shift (including overnight shifts).
• Able to troubleshoot and maintain Windows PCs, M365, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, VDI, VPN, etc.
• Basic knowledge of networking - routing and switching.
• Knowledge of peripherals like printers, scanners, POS systems, etc.
• Experience with SCCM is a plus.
• ITIL process knowledge is a plus.
