Job summary

The Loud Clan Pte. Ltd. is seeking a designer to craft high-quality visual designs and intuitive digital experiences within our Global Marketing team.

You will collaborate with product and marketing teams to translate requirements into compelling creative work, leveraging AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and output. We value hands-on experience in graphic and UX/UI design, strong knowledge of Figma, and a portfolio that demonstrates both digital and print work.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of graphic and UX/UI design experience from a creative agency.

About the Role

We are looking for a Designer to create high-quality visual designs and intuitive digital experiences. As part of the Global Marketing team, you will work closely with product and marketing teams to translate business requirements into compelling creative work, while leveraging AI-powered design tools to streamline workflows and increase design efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Visual & UX/UI Design: Create high-quality visual designs for digital and print media, and design intuitive wireframes, user flows, and interfaces for digital products that balance aesthetics with usability
• Collaboration & Conceptualisation: Partner with product and marketing teams to translate project requirements into cohesive creative concepts, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints
• AI-Enhanced Design Workflow: Integrate AI-powered design tools and generative AI features into the creative process to streamline workflows, accelerate concept exploration, and increase design efficiency
• Project Delivery: Manage and deliver design assets from initial concept through to final production, meeting project deadlines while maintaining quality standards across concurrent projects
• Design Systems & Standards: Maintain and apply consistent design principles, typography, layout standards, and information architecture across all outputs to ensure a cohesive visual and user experience

What We're Looking For

• Relevant Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of experience in graphic and UX/UI design from a creative agency
• High proficiency in Figma and standard professional creative suites, with a deep understanding of user-centred design principles, information architecture, typography, and layout
• Practical, hands-on experience using AI-assisted design tools and generative AI features to enhance productivity and design workflows — this is a core requirement, not a nice-to-have
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to translate business and product requirements into clear creative concepts and present design rationale to stakeholders
• Experience with video editing is a plus but not required
