• Ability to structure a client problem and outline a clear approach.
• Experience contributing to proposals, pitches or business development.
• Strong storytelling to turn complex ideas into compelling narratives.
• Comfort working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business development to develop winning proposals and client narratives.
• Engage directly with clients to translate business challenges into design opportunities.
• Lead or support discovery workshops and client conversations.
• Apply design thinking to develop experience maps and actionable strategies.
• Conduct customer, market and trend research to strengthen propositions.
• Collaborate with consultants, strategists, designers, AI and technology teams to turn ideas into value.
• Scope engagements, define approaches and articulate business value of design.
• Contribute to business development and sales activities by shaping propositions and supporting pitches.
