China Railway First Group Co., Ltd. Singapore Branch is seeking an experienced Track Design Lead to oversee urban, intercity and heavy rail design projects in Singapore.

You will design complex track layouts, prepare technical reports, and mentor junior staff while coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree in Civil/Mechanical/Railway Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Construction industry.
• Experience leading track design teams for urban, intercity and heavy rail.
• Experience designing complex track work and associated reports.
• Experience with design calculations and analytical tools.
• Mentor junior staff in software and analytics.
• Plan scopes of work, design reviews, scheduling and presentations.
• Oversee quality review process for submittals.

Job Description

• Planning, organizing, and overseeing the work of a track design team in urban transit, intercity transit, and heavy rail systems.
• Design complex track arrangements including special trackwork, maintenance and facility yards, embedded and direct fixation, along with conventional ballasted track systems.
• Compose project specifications, concept reports, design briefs, constructability reports, and additional technical reports.
• Preparation of design calculations and optimization and development of design analytical tools
• Provide mentorship and develop junior staff in software and analytical works.
• Preparing and monitoring scopes of work and methodologies, design reviews, scheduling, and presenting.
• Overseeing and executing quality review process for submittals.

Job Requirement

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Railway Engineering.
• Minimum Ten (10) years of experience in Construction industry.
