TICBEL(S) TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer in Singapore to design and develop linear motor modules, produce drawings and BOMs, and support production transfers. The role requires 3+ years of Singapore automation design experience and bilingual English/Chinese communication.

Salary ranges SGD 60,000–80,000 per year with CPF and annual leave, plus opportunities for training in China and advancement to regional engineering management.

Formación

• Singapore Citizen with long-term work status.
• Min. 3 years design experience in Singapore automation industry.
• Proficient in SolidWorks or AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Fluent in English and Chinese for business communication.
• Diploma in Mechanical or Automation preferred; driving license is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide linear motor module design and development meeting customer process requirements.
• Produce drawings, BOM and other design documents within the factory.
• Possess capabilities in geometric tolerances and dimensional chain analysis; select materials for manufacturing processes; troubleshoot designs.
• Timely handle ECN changes and update drawings; coordinate with production teams.
• Support new product development and transfer of products from R&D to production.

Job Responsibilities

Mechanical Design Engineer

• 1.Provide linear motor module solution design and development for customers, meeting their process requirements;
• 2. Responsible for product engineering design, issuing drawings, BOM and other design documents within the factory;
• 3.Possess capablites in geometric tolerances and dimensional chain analysis,material selection for manufacturing proceses, and design troubleshooting；
• 4. Timely handle product ECN changes and update drawings;to production teams;
• 5. Participate in new product development, support continuous improvement of existing products,and assist with transfering new products from R&D to production teams;.

Requirements

• 1. Singapore Citizen long-term full-time work；
• 2. Prior experience in manufacturing, automation, or precision component design is preferred;
• 3. Proficient in using corresponding design software (e.g. SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.), and proficient in office software;
• 4. Min. 3-year design experience in Singapore automation industry, with complete project implementation cases， familiar with linear motor, servo motor & precision transmission. Experience in semiconductor, robotics, 3C automation is preferred；
• 5. Fluent in English & Chinese for business communication；
• 6. Diploma+, major in Mechanical / Automation preferred; Singapore driving license is an advantage

Salary & Benefits

Annual salary SGD60,000-80,000 (basic + commission + bonus),statutory CPF, annual leave, full technical support from China HQ, promotion opportunity as Regional Engineering Manager.This position offers great personal development opportunities.
