Job summary

Lum Chang Building Contractors Pte Ltd is seeking a BIM/Architectural Coordinator to work with a team of BIM Modellers on design and coordination, including on-site supervision and liaising with consultants and contractors.

The role emphasizes preparing construction drawings, shop drawings submissions, approvals, and integrating architectural, structural, and M&E designs to ensure timely delivery for construction.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with a team of BIM Modellers in the design and coordination works, manage BIM documentation
• Responsible for preparing construction drawings including shop drawings submissions and approvals.
• Supervise work progress on site, and liaise closely with consultants, sub-contractors and operation teams
• Manages the integration of architectural, structural, and M&E designs, ensuring drawings are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time for construction.
• Liasing between clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical discrepancies
• Oversee material submission

Your Role

The Requirements

• Degree in Architecture with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience with a main construction firm

• Be able to read and understand construction drawings

• Be meticulous, highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills
