Job summary

Integrix Solutions Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Senior Project Engineer R&R to lead end-to-end CAPEX projects, ensuring GMP compliance and alignment with corporate objectives.

You will develop comprehensive plans, drive FEED and detailed design with internal stakeholders and consultants, manage URS inputs, tendering, procurement, and site commissioning, and act as owner's representative to protect safety, quality and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CAPEX project management from concept to handover.
• Develop project plans: scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and risk assessments.
• Drive FEED and detailed design with internal stakeholders and external consultants.
• Coordinate User Requirements Specifications (URS) inputs from SMEs across engineering, production, quality, EHS, and validation teams.
• Lead tendering and procurement: prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, and recommend contracts for consultants/vendors.
• Oversee site execution, commissioning, validation, and handover with adherence to GMP, safety, and quality standards.
