PERSOL is hiring for a Derivatives Operations professional on a 6-month contract based in Singapore. The role offers a monthly salary of S$6,000+ with immediate start, focusing on post-trade checks, reconciliations, and trade record accuracy.

You will coordinate with brokers, exchanges, and internal teams, support ad hoc operations, and ensure timely resolution of outstanding items in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in trade operations or derivatives operations.
• Experience with exchange-traded derivatives and clearing house processes preferred.
• Exposure to paper trades or commodities trading is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to learn in-house trading systems.
• Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Derivatives Operations professional to join a leading global energy and commodities trading firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform post-trade checks and reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve issues.


• Handle weekly trade close-outs and ensure accurate trade records.


• Follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely resolution.


• Maintain trade records and supporting documentation.


• Liaise with internal teams, brokers, exchanges and clearing houses on trade-related matters.


• Support ad hoc projects and operational activities as required.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in trade operations, derivatives operations, trade support or financial markets operations.


• Experience with exchange-traded derivatives, exchanges and clearing house processes is highly preferred.


• Exposure to paper trades or commodities/energy trading will be an advantage.


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to learn in-house trading systems.


• Strong attention to detail, organisational and problem-solving skills.


• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.


• A proactive team player who can work in a fast-paced environment.


• Immediate availability preferred.
