Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 2 years of experience in Investment Operations, preferably with exposure to derivatives.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical ability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Familiarity with AI tools or automation technologies is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of trades across OTC and exchange-traded derivatives, including trade confirmations, settlements, and asset servicing.
• Maintain funding levels and comply with internal and custodian cut-off times across global markets.
• Collaborate with counterparties, brokers, and service providers to resolve operational issues and monitor service levels.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and control; strengthen governance and compliance.
• Participate in system upgrades, automation initiatives, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Work with traders, portfolio managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless trade support.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 2 years of experience in Investment Operations, preferably with exposure to Derivatives.
